Hi guys, i'm new here.
I've recently bought some chinese LED (6 led drived 31V 1,24A about 38W each), they are water cooled.
I did some temperature tests. I can't solder the thermalcouple on these cob (they don't have it) so i just used an infrared thermometer (the cheapest on amazon).
Box temp (90cmx45cmx185cm): 23C°
Water: 31C°
Waterblock: 35C°
Radiator: 34C°
COB (connection point, + and -): 50-60C°
COB (jellow part, phosphor): 90-110C°
Are these temperatures too high? Can you give me a feedback with yours?
Thanks
