Co2 Regulator

Can anyone suggest the best place to find a co2 hookup, as in the valve regulator and whatever else is needed to get a tank set up and ready to use? Any sites or a name brand of regulator would be much appreciated, Thanks.

How do you plan on keeping co2 at an optimal PPM range without the controller?

I bought a CO2 regulator that came with the hoses a timer and the regulator. You have to do some math which is included in the instructions. to determine how much CO2 you set your regulator to dispense in your room.
