Closet door

I'm a first time grower and am thinking about using my closet for my grow room. I have most of the process figured out but I am still kind of confused on a few topics, and I have a few questions:

Should the closet door stay closed as much as possible during growth, or should it be left open from time to time?

Also to increase the CO2 that the plant receives I'm going to spray the plant twice a day with seltzer water. Does this require any change in the normal ventilation process?

If it is to be stealth, the door needs to be closed at all times. If not, then leave it open.

never done seltzer water, but I would suggest not spraying once you get buds going.
