Clones yellowing - Please help

hi people can anyone please help me. my cuttings are going yellow. they have been in rock wool and in a dome with ph'd water and very light feed for 1 week, they have no roots yet but are starting to get a bulb type ball in the rockwool on the cutting stem. do you think they will live or do i need to do something to help them survive. also used doff hormone. any help please

For me on the tall ones I would clear out the bottoms a bit. There is a lot of foliage so the plant is trying to grow and root at the same time. So much available for photosynthesis but the plant is not getting nutes from the roots.

thanks for the quick reply and what you have said makes a lot of sense, i have chopped quit a bit off the bottoms now so hope that works

Great luck to you. May they be rooted very soon! Take a look at this thread too, looks like a cheap easy way to clone. I have one of the ultrasonic musters on the way so I can play with it. Cloning with fog - Fool-proof way to clone with a 100% success rate

If you are cloning, I would suggest building a Fog cloner. No leaf trimming, no humidity dome, no real heat source needed and it creates roots much faster that you can see. 100% fool proof and it is much easier. It is very cheap to build and you can size it to your needs.
