Clones touching dome

Is it safe if your clone at touching the top of the dome?
I to cutting yesterday both mother and clone are looking good.
BTW: whats the idea ligth reginment for new clones?

Should be fine. Take the cover off for a bout 30 minutes or so each day. Just cfl's on 18/6 schedule work good for me.
