Clones from cubes to soil

Hello Everyone,
I've been using cubes as a grow medium for my indoor garden and would like to convert over to soil. Using a grow table limit my space and i would like to harvest more by using the entire room (10x12). So this will be a new experience.

I need help with the following list of questions:

Type of potting soil to transplant clones?

Size of grow pots 3gal or 5gal, which will last for a 9 week duration?

Should the pots have leak holes at the bottom? If so how do you keep from saturating the floor

What type of nutrients are required?

How often should i feed the plants?

Is manicuring the plants important, i do it now to prevent the wasted energy caused by the sea of green?

Any additional details would be great, just in case if missed something?

I just planted my clone from cube to soil. I personally didn't know how to properly do so, and my plant doesn't really seem to be growing or getting much better. It's been 4 days since then and the bottom leaves are yellowing and dry. Don't do what I did! My plant is still okay, but i need it to be better. Hopefully someone has the right information.
