Claw like leaves

I have these claw leaves & almost sure i have been over watering. I have PH 6.5 to 7.0 range. just trying to figure out if it could something else as well. Any idea's ?

Hey willie, there's actually a FAQ section in the grow room that you'll do better in: Frequently Asked Questions - 420 Magazine But I can tell you "the claw" is usually from too much nitrogen. Pictures will always help!

Yeah, its too much Nitrogen...When you see clawing leaves: Flush the pots with lots of pure water, pH adjusted!

Over watering gives burned leaf tips instead, and slow/no growth.
