Cheap driver for DIY COB?

I've been looking for a grow light to replace my 100x3w Chinese panel. From what I've gathered, i think this driver can run 4 of these in series? I'm pretty stuck and need some guidance.

I'm starting to think I won't have a choice; I'm in the UK and cant find another driver with the correct current and load voltage.

3 of those around 2100ma with active cooling. Any drivers I find take specific voltages usually way too low.

How many of them are you trying to run? That is running them pretty hard

That you can ad a dimmer to it if you want, the A version has a built in dimmer on the driver but it only dims it half way

I've been checking out growmau5 and it's where I've picked up most of my info. I've seen decent results using those Chinese COBs, I was thinking on trying them out with a cheap driver but I really don't see anything with the voltage for 3-4 100w rated chips outside of the MW HLG's. I'm thinking on 2x 240h with 3 veros in a strip with a middle strip of red/deep red 50w's to supplement flowering. Will this be enough for my 2x4x6 space? The cheap alternative would be 2x old style 5w mars to go with the chinese POS I already have.
