As the title says I want to change to led or fluorescents because of their safety and no other reason. I don't care about the cost, it's the hazard to my little home that concerns me greatly. I have a 400w sodium but it's too hot for my silver grow tent and caused all sorts of problems, a giant yield but it had 15% bud rot by the end. That's besides the point, I am hoping for an led or fluro user to give me some of their opinions, how strong a light do I need to get what my 400 gave me? Adding a heater is not a problem.
