Changeing the flowering hours mid cycle

I want to change the hours I run my 12/12 light from on at 5am to on at midnight for mid day heat issues. Can I just switch it? I have a perpetual garden with many plants at various stages of flowering.

How do I do this and prevent hermi my plants?

Like "Nike" says...Just do it..no increments. You will be fine.. shouldnt have any of them hermie on ya. I have had to do that myself and didnt run into any problems.
