CFL LED Nirvana Blue Mystic Auto - 1st Time Grow

Hi Everyone,
So as the Title reads, this is my first time trying to grow. I'm coming into this thread pretty late in the growth process. I just wanted to get some feedback from yall and to see if anyone could give me some input on when to harvest!!! First timer mistake... forgot to track my days :/ THANKs!!!

Also I've noticed some sort of deficiency going on too. Thinking either phosphorus or a zinc shortage??

I had rhe same dripping leaves, i believe its nitrogen related. Weed came out good anyway hehe.
