CFL Flood Light

I was reading my Grow Bible (Cervantes) and noticed a pic of a CFL flood light said safe to use for veg. I found one at Home Depot 65W and was wondering if heat would be an issue in a small room (dimesions currently not available). The room is the size of a walk in kitchen pantry. Has anyone tried using a CFL flood light to veg? If so what, wattage? What were ur temps like? How did the plants respond?

No one has used a basic, CFL flood light, found in most Home Depots to grow?

I would imagine if the color temp was right then it would work...never used one but I would think if you could find a good 6500K one, it has the color temp, why not?

The way its setup makes it awkward to envision cooling during operation. I was concerned about heat accumulating in a small space adversely affecting plants.
