Okay, I have some CBD bubble hash(made from ice/water only). Should I decarb it before adding it to the alcohol to make a tincture? Thx!

as both personal preference and safety issue but I prefer to decarb first,

No need to decarb the CBD bubble hash before making the tincture. Bubble hash is made from cured cannabis, so the CBD in it is already active. Just add it to alcohol of your choice, let it steep for a few weeks, and you'll have your CBD tincture ready to go. Happy tincture-making
