Cannabis Seedling Question, Problem?

Hey guys. Hope you're having a great Sunday. I think I have a little problem with my latest growth. Here's the deal:

It's a Magnum Auto seed. I put it in wet paper towel after soaking it for 20 hours on March 5th, picked it up on March 7th and planted it in a jiffy pallet. It's been a week and although it pushed out of the grow medium fast, it's now looking nothing like the seedling from my first grow, which was the same strain, same seed from the same order. I'm attaching the photos below.

Also useful information: I soaked it in ph 6.0 balanced water, and when I transferred it to the jiffy pallet, I let it sit without additional water except for the amount I used for the jiffy pallet for two days, then dripped some ph balanced water out of a syringe to keep it moist. Also, she dropped her cap this morning, that's why I feel it looks strange.

We're now at day 7 of the transfer.

Edit: Turned the lights on today after she dropped her cap. The temp is 22 degrees celcius and the humidity is at70%.

If you could help me, I would appreciated it very much :Namaste: Have a nice day!

It looks to me as if she has gone dormant. After (7 days)? From being popped. If I read that right its a bit confusing exactly what you asking. If that pellet was too wet and you added water that might have been an issue and caused her to go slow. Is that what your asking.

Yup, 7 days! I guess my question is what happened, you already answered this :peace: and is there anything I can do to recover her from this situation? :lot-o-toke: Thank you!

Edit: Or should I just move on to the next one?:cheer:

If its an auto and has gone dormant its more than likely stunted. Autos are on a clock that just keeps going regardless of any growth. If you have more beans it might not be a bad idea to pop one. I'm not an auto grower, and this is what others have told me about their autos. Just a thought.

Sounds great! I just put a Blue Dream (photoperiod) seed in a cup of ph balanced water. I'm gonna leave it there for 12-15 hours, then move it to the paper towel and wait till I see some real roots! I'll also remember to squeeze the excess water from the jiffy pellet next time haha. Thanks a lot guys!

Blue dream gives me ptsd. Had a really bad experience with Blue Dream seeds and hermies. Back when I first started and had no idea what kept happening.

@Bill284 oh yeah? Damn. Did you hear anything like that happening with White Widow Fem and OG Kush Fem? I also have a couple of those laying around...

How sure are you thats even cannabis?
@Nunyabiz because I bought it from a reputable vendor? :D Idk, after yesterday's conversation I put a White Widow seed in the cup to soak it. I'm gonna try something different though. I'll transfer the seed to soaked and squeezed pellet and put the pellet in a plastic container and let it sprout in the final medium instead of paper towel.

Don't worry about your seeds going hermie on you. WW.BD,OGK, are all good strains. I just had a bad pheno. Nothing to do with the strain its self.
Grow yours out you should be fine.
