So my, *ahem* lady friend, who knows I've started my grow and also knows I'm pretty insane in the kitchen asked me today if I could make her some edible chocolate truffles. Doing some research it seems the popular approach I'd to use oil as as entire batch of truffles only calls for 1 tbsp of butter, so if I used cannabis butter, the dose would be pretty weak. Not wanting to try to track down oil (to be frank, I'm going to release her and it's even available at the dispensaries yet) I decided to look around for canni-chocolate and what I've seen is just combining either butter or Cani-coconut oil so I'm wondering if THC binds to the fat in chocolate in the first place? Is it a matter of the quality of chocolate? The cacao content maybe?
