Canadian SNS 209 Substitute?

Good afternoon.

My plants have been suffering from aphids and I have been spraying them alternately with Safer's and an ISO solution for a couple of months now and would like to implement an IPM (integrated pest management) system in my grow.

Is there a product that I could buy here in Canada to use for this?

In an earlier thread 2 of us asked @Sierra Natural Science (the makers) a question and one was do you ship to Canada. They did not reply... not cool in my books.
The term not worthy comes to my mind.

Yea I'm still using safers so I are interested in this thread.
