@Marty66 , good morning. How about providing a tad more info.
Is that leaf ailment on just one leaf of your plant, how about a shot of the entire girl?
Is this the only plant with this disorder, are there other plants the same way?.
Your growing in coco, so I assume you are indoor with the growth.
I feel your pain and would like to assist but not enough info to make a prediction.
Garybo it seems that it is slowly infecting the whole plant and all them are going like that. They are in veg and the humidity was over the 90s but iv sorted that now
I was hoping that it was the humidity was to high and it is some mold .the only other thing I can think of is when I was feeding them the water temp was 23/24 is that to warm
Buy yourself a cheap light meter. You will need it if you are growing with lights. A lot of people think that when the light is LED the distance from the canopy doesn't matter. And it's exactly the opposite.
I find this article very helpful. It's about how to read a light meter.
Ensuring your cannabis plants are receiving enough light is key to raking in huge yields. Here's how to use a lux meter in the grow room to maximise results.
I'd also be sure to cut off any leaves that look like the first pic
Could be that mite damage has caught a mold which is slowly spreading to the rest of the leaf and new damage sites
Hey @Marty66, how are they looking now? Looks like a nutrient issue. What are you feeding and how often?
This looks like calcium or potassium deficiency.
Overall, looks like they aren't getting enough nitrogen. Red/purple leaf stems could be a sign of magnesium deficiency. Also, your lighting may be too intense for the amount of nutrients you are giving... I'm seeing "praying" which is a sign of light avoidance. I've heard insufficient Mg is involved in light avoidance.
Hi garybo.. I'm using plant magic nutrients at the minute this is my first coco run and to be honest I wanted to get the hang of it a bit better before I jump in and buy a better and more expensive nutrients..They have been getting cal mag .silicon and the rest. When I repotted them a few weeks ago along with the mycorrhiza I added malted barley powder that's where I think I went wrong. Any ideas on how I should go from here
I'm having a hard time finding the NPK of Coco Grow A, and Coco Grow B. But they are saying it is complete... "NPK, micro-nutrients, humates, calcium and magnesium".
If you are following the recommended concentration and daily dose, everything should be good. Also, this product apparently has different version for soft water vs. hard water.
It's super important to keep your pH correct in coir, otherwise you'll have nutrient lockout.
I'm calling in @Bill284 here – he's a coir expert.
