My first ever grow

No growth they are 2 weeks old and have stopped growing.

HELP

Temp when light on 75f/79f humidity 50%
When off 67f/69f humidity 50%
Using hid light 400watt

What are you feeding it, how often?

Just water...ph 7
Only when pot gets lighter and knuckle dry. 6ltr pot.

And 67F is a bit low IMO... I wouldn’t let it get any lower.

You can’t do that in coco.
You need to be going in at 5.8-6.0, feeding 1/4 strength nutes once or twice daily. Water to runoff each time.
