can PH be corrected?

It's been a month and three days into my grow and I still havent been able to check out the PH levels on the water that has been feeding to the plants. My question is when my PH kit gets shipped in and I correct the PH in the water being feed to the plants would it also correct the PH in the soil?

Get yourself a good PH meter not a kit. Hard to check ph acc with a test strip. Take some of your soil and put It in a bowl/bucket with the water you will use. stir aound untill the dirt is mixed good with the water. Then let the dirt settle and check the water with your ph meter. That should give you a idea of the ph level in your soil.
