Can I still grow outdoors?

Hi, I live in Atlanta Georgia. I was planning on growing indoors for veg for 3 weeks and then transplanting the plants outside around September 1st. Is there STILL time for me to do this or is it to late to plant outside when it becomes September?

Pot needs about a min. month of veg before it has enough energy to bud .
And pot takes about 2 months to complete flowering.
If you get anything it won't be much.
Only you can deciede if it's worth the work and risk to end up with a few grams per plant at most.

I put out large clones mid feb. and harvest in may and let reveg. and harvest all in Oct. I have put out lg. clones mid may and harvested Oct. I recently had a friend say wait until june 1st to put them out is better. I think he might be right, he swears at that method, large clones june 1st.
Im no expert but I say Sept. is too late.
