Can I cut the leaves from below?

Hello guys
My plants are in the second week of flowering.
They are quite big and have some bottom leaves that, because they do not catch much light, they are a little wilted.

Can i do a cleaning and cut it off?
Will there be a problem cutting off the bottom leaves?

JUST PULL THEM OFF IN A DOWNWARD MOTION AND THEY COME AWAY EASY. DONT PANIC,ITS NORMAL
