Can Foliar Feeding Improve Cannabis Health, and When Is Best to Apply?

It really depends on the circumstances. If the plant has damaged roots then yes, foliar feeding can improve its' health. If you have a deficiency for something that is in your foliar spray, then yes, foliar feeding can help. If you need to do it, I would probably stick to a time early in the day so the plant has plenty of time to absorb it, but don't put it on under full midday sun, that can cause burning.

In general though, as long as your roots are healthy and all the needed nutrients are in the soil (or being added regularly), I don't think foliar nutrients are necessary. Mostly I avoid foliar stuff during flower, because it can cause mold.
