Can anyone identify and tell me the problem on my plant

i am a beginner and i have no idea what does these white little patches telling me is it deficiency or some kind of bugs? can anyone please tell
any help will be appreciated

I might as well get the ball rolling with my uneducated opinion.
Outdoor autoflower? I see she's about to start forming buds.
Anyway, I know I've seen this before when growing outdoors. Don't remember if it was because of some kind of pest or overwatering. Check under your leaves for critters. Neem is a specially good thing to have when growing outdoors.
Are you letting the soil dry out before rewatering?

i do let the soil gets dry before watering it not sure if its pest i sprayed a homemade neem oil / water mix pesticide lets see if tht helps
