Can anyone help me diagnose these two leaf issues

I have some girls in veg that the leaves are curling down. Also, my girls in flower have just developed another problem I have never seen before. Leaves are yellowing and turning up. I am sending three pictures. 1 of veg leaves. And 2 of flower leaves ( early stage and late stage).

I'm 27" from the lights. I've been growing in this set up for 6 years and have never had this before, so I dont know why the lights would cause this issue now
