Iv got some U shape pegs I'm needing to seperated my seedling ready for scrogging later on... There around 6inch long ish but im thinking if I insert these into the Coco will I damage roots on inserting through the Coco? Or will it be ok to do so?

You should be fine using the pegs for LST.

I didn't want to push them in if it ment is be damaging the root thank you

Depending on the size of the pot you can also tie to the edges or “rim” of the pot. If using a smart pot or fabric pot you can use paper clips to attach on the side then tie to them.
