I know of what you speak!! My new HLG light just arrived, I had to come clean on that one, since it was going to show up big on the credit card bill. She took it better than I thought, my bruises should go away in a week or so (LOL).

Mine are currently still stuck in Customs, about 2 hours from me, I chalked it up to Sunday, and then Juneteenth (On the 20th?), So if it doesn't move by tonight I'm gonna gander they lost the package. The last time I went through ISC LA it was only in there for like 24-48 hours. So we'll see!

Just processed through ISC LOS ANGELES, since the 18th, ISC is usually customs here.

Unlike other ISC's the only thing they leave you with is Processed through our facility, until it gets scanned at the USPS area before being loaded on a truck.

We've checked your tracking and the good news is that so far there's no mention of customs.

The last time I went through ISC LA it was only in there for like 24-48 hours. So we'll see!

There's just been a federal holiday (yesterday) so it's too early to make a call on the delivery status as the last update was technically 1 working day ago so let's keep our fingers crossed it's just in the expected backlog caused by national holidays and it will arrive as normal, which is the case 9/10 times.

Please do keep us posted via email and if you haven't got your package in hand by this time next week we'll do a courtesy resend completely free of charge.
