This beauty Grew like she really wanted to be the best she could possibly be. Perfect plant to scrog, easy to coax where ever I wanted and a very good producer. Smoking her as a newbe I feel stages of deep inner thought, TOTAL HEAVY relaxation, and tripping with my eyes closed.This is a nice smooth smoke with a wonderful floral after taste. The high lasts for quite a while it seems, I would guess 2 or 3 hours. I am feeling like i'll grow this again before long.
 
Looks like a pretty good use of your available space.
 
Beautiful job. Mine filled out similarly. After curing for a few months, mine went from a grapefruit smell to a sweet fruit smell. And that first hit from the pipe is so delicious. I like to tak a few joints of this to the poker games and blow their minds with a good stone and killer smell. This is a great smoke in my prohibition state...

Good morning.
I have some beans form CKS on the way. Did you make a journal of your Cali of kush grow?
I'm looking for one because I have never grown this strain inside or out before.

Hi John. I didn't make an online one but I do have my personal notes. I wonder if I can copy them and put em up for you. I'm away from home today so I can't try now. I just set a reminder for tuesday. So What have you been growing? In what medium? what are you using for lights?What's your favorite flavor ice cream? Those cali's grew like crazy and yielded big.

Hi again John, I looked at my notes on the cali og kush/haze and there's 45 pages hand written. That's no something my printer is able to get done in a timely fashion. Sorry. I will be happy to answer any questions you have and post any relivent pics I have. I'll give you a quick run up of the grow now.
I use michigan mix supersoil in 10 gallon cloth pots. 4 of them in the 4.5 x 4.5 tent. Lit with 2 -288 watt cob lights. Watered with rain water. The start was with solo cups and t5 lamps. then to 1 gal pots then to 5 gal cloth bags. Watered only until the 5 gal bags then some mammoth P every watering. The t5 lights kept them short and reaching out their arms. At the right time in the 5 gal bags I went for a heavy defoliation. When they went to the 10 gal cloth pots I set up a scrog and let them grow til they filled a lot of it. Like 85%, some say thats too much, not me for this strain. After it filled in I let it grow about 6 inches tall before 12/12. Had to defoliate a little early to stop the stretch. She grew about 2 feet above the scrog. After the second heavy defol I picked leaves off daily to keep bud sites open to light. Sticky smelly and delishous. 'm sure there's more to the story so ask along the way. Good growing!
 
John, I topped when there was 5 or 6 nodes then when I could did some lst to spread the arms out and keep an even canopy. If you haven't done a heavy defoliation, there's some good writing on 420 mag here. Search for heavy defoliation and read up when and to what extent. They loved it.
