Cabinet size and light - Need suggestions

hello there ppl!

i about to start a new grow and i wondering about the grow room size and the light wattage amount that will suitable.

i'll diy my grow room, the size is 1.25m * 60 cm * 70cm.

i have 2 x 150w hps
1 x 400w hps
3 x 600w hps

around 8 x 40w CFL

i want to grow 2 plants in that room, what would be the best light choice?
is the room is big enough?
i didn't start to build the room so i can still change the room size (not too big than this)
will i need cool tube?

hey check out my grow im running a small cab with a 400 watt hps in a aircooled hood. i would make the space taller couse of the heat but a cooltube wil help alot im also going to build a new cab next week and im posting the build for you all
