Buying COB LED

By now I had 3 complete grows using 400w MH/HPS. Due to extremely high temperatures over here keepin it kool for my ladies is very difficult, so I want to switch to LED.
Has anyone ever ordered COB LED panel from AliExpress?
Such as Mastergrow?

Bout 200-250e. I have 1x1m x 2m in height tent.

There are some Cree ones COB LED GROW LIGHT 1000W

Those are ok, but will be hard to cover a 3x3 with them, would need 2.
