I am not sure this is a burn. To me, it looks like a potassium deficiency. There are several things that could cause this, but no, it is not over, but you are very near the end. Have you been able to check to see if you have clear, milky or amber turning trichomes?

I had a ph problem and my salt base Nutrients got wet. And smelled like Clorox. I still used it that might have mad it worst

Sounds like you know what to do to make this better then. Get new nutes and adjust your pH to the right range, depending on the grow medium you are using. Your buds are finishing out just fine though, and you will end up with some good product.

that plant is done……

sugar leaves ripen much faster…. so be sure you avoid sugar leaves when checking for ripeness but look at trich colors on the calyxes.

its nearly impossible to do with a loupe bcuz you can’t hold it still enough. snip small section of top calyx & lay it on a table for viewing…. but prop your scope on a book or something for stability
