Welcome to 420 @Mhd

Looks like you have a few things going on there
The soil looks very compacted so the roots can't breathe, giving the appearance of overwatering
What are you feeding? Magnesium, Calcium and Potassium shortage or lock out are likely suspects
Need more info on soil/watering frequency/nutes to make a better guess

If that meter is anywhere near accurate, pH is way too low [pH 6.3 - 6.5 required in soil], if the root zone is 80f that is way too hot
Water when the pot is dry rather than regular intervals, the soil is probably very wet at the bottom
To be of any use to the plant, banana peels need to be fermented first

I'd suggest you get some fresh compost, ideally with some perlite in the mix and repot the plant
Get rid of as much of that soil as possible when you repot
Most compost will feed for a few weeks [check the label] then start applying proper balanced NPK nutrients
