Hoping this is just a common house bug that happened to like the smell of my plant. It's a little smaller than the size of a ladybug. It's the only one I see and I don't see any stress to the plant. Can anyone help!?

I have looked at a ton of images and bugfinder sites and I think it is a Varied Carpet Beetle. Seems harmless to cannabis, but kinda freaked for a quick minute. lol

It's probably a predator .. and will guard your plants against pests, looks a lot like a lady bug in stealth Camouflage.
