I think that I’ve become a bud snob over the years, I only smoke buds ....all the time, nothing else will do, 3 hits and I’m out kind of high. Luv me som well cured buds in a bong I don’t touch the shake anymore I put the shake in paper shopping bags and let it turn to dust crumble and put in a mason jar with everclear and freezing for a week or more shaking daily and taking it out of the freezer and place on shelf and forget about for a month or more ( after all it’s just trim ) strain thru coffee filter into a glass baking pan and let it evaporate no heat needed.

Stoned of your ass.,,, iv tried putting into caps since it doesn’t taste very good but putting under your tongue, I found gets the desired effects quickest. don’t plan on going anywhere for a while no joke.lol

It’s a tar very dark and sticky it flows like molasses in February, i guess it could b smoked, I never tried
The whole idea is not to waist the scrub

What you made was old school hash oil. Processes are slightly different but the outcome is the same. It is a concentrate just like shatter or water hash. Since the taste is bad you can smoke it too if you like. In a capsule as a edible the effects will be totally different than smoking it.

Don't worry you are not a snob. Pretty much all growers follow those practices. Bud is for smoking trim is for all the other fun things we can make with it. I use mine for Shatter, Water Hash, and Coconut oil for cooking.

Better if you have Youtube help you. It is not hard to do. The biggest difficulty is the equipment to do it. Having the right stuff is key. The biggest expense is the vacuum pump for purging. Yes it is needed. There are ways to make Wax instead of Shatter that deletes the purge but is extremely hard to get right. I never had a batch come out right so I bought the vacuum pump and the end product is so much easier to deal with. On the bright side even BHO that is unpurged will still get you high. It is extremely hard to deal with. It will stick to everything.

It can be dangerous and is time consuming. A well ventilated area is understatement. It takes around 8 hours start to finish. Purging takes the most time. I do 2, 3hr purges

Water hash bags are cheaper but you need at least a 3 bag system. Butter/Coconut oil is cheaper and easier to make. All you really need is a crock pot for it.

While I can explain the processes to make these. It is best to check out Youtube. That is how I learned them all. Lots of different ways to do things it is best to find the one that works best for you.
