Bubble Hash question

When making the bubble hash is it necessary to dry the trim before putting it in the bucket with ice water. Can the process be hurried by using fresh trim?

you should freeze it when its fresh then the thc will fall off better when you make it.

I agree....I usually let the veg stuff dry out for a couple of days or until it gets at least half-dry, then I throw it in the freezer. Works great

Using fresh trimmings reduces leaf material breaking up and making it into screens. dry leaves can crumble into dust. Now buds i would let dry a little more.
Try to use Fresh (slightly dry/half dry/ dry/but not crispy) fresh sugar leaves,trimmings etc with some older/more dry buds.

Maybe that's what I'm doing wrong. I've been drying it crispy then freezing it.
