BSF compared to red wigglers as composters

Howdy all anyone here got any experience with BSF(black soldier flies)?
I just ordered a pod and a butterfly tent to raise BSF indoors for a bunch of different reasons I have a worm bin already but I thought this would be a good addition to our chicken food for treats and what I've read the BSF have better calcium content than meal worms so any chicken farmers out there got any experience with this?
I'd like too hear your experiences so I can get an idea of what I'm in for and as far as the topic goes I think the red wigglers and earthworm has it's place just like the BSF it's place in the ecosystem!

Well I'm going to find out myself my pod should be here anytime And my butterfly house should be here soon too along with my pupae I'm going to put the bio pod plus in a butterfly house and create it's own eco system inside for the flies and if it works well I'm going to get one outside
