Hard to tell by just looking who carries seeds. A quick search at seedfinder showed a bunch of companies that mostly carry copies.
Of all the high THC strains out there. This one I understand the least. I have bought Bruce Banner 3 different times at different dispensaries to see what all the hype was about. THC percent's ranged from 28% to 32%. None seemed very strong at all, let alone had effects that I like. After that I never looked any farther for seeds. This may be a strain where you need a special pheno.

MSNL seeds used to have a story on Bruce Banner. The website has changed and I can't find the story. Like the story, the strain was unstable. Most have disappeared but #3 is very popular. MSNL had a claimed their #3 was also not stable and was prone to express phenotypes. Apparently I got 1 of those unstable seeds.
I am growing two BB#3. One is plant impressive in the large size of the buds just like the claim. The colas look as we expect. The other plant is very different than anything I have seen even in pictures. Can you say "hairless", not a single pistil. She doesn't look like other hairless strains either. The flowers look like mini foxtails about 1-3 millimeters each that just stack up . Kinda looks like a sea of pine tree tops mixed with bracts and sugar leaves. The color is very different as well. When I say it's green I mean it's green like the comic book character The Incredible Hulk.
I am just trying to find out something about this mutant plant. I got the seeds from MSNL so we should consider they are reputable breeders. Different doesn't mean its any better but the way the flowers are structured these could be the densest buds ever. This is my second grow.
My original query was how will I know when she is ready? Just keep checking them with a loupe? All my info refers to curling brown pistils and amber trichomes? And there seams to be no end in sight for this mutant. The other is showing signs of maturing but the other is not. I wonder if popping her stems 3-4 weeks into flower pissed her off and her heart rate spiked over 200 so she went Hulk Green on me.

thanks for the information this helps - alot of time I use Seedfinders.eu for straini information (site is very reliable) looks like idf one is going to order go for the # 3 or waht ever is the highest (#4, #5 if there are even any. haven't use MSNLS forgort why maybe prices ? can't remember, maybe I will re-vist them
This is 50 days post 12/12. 8-10 weeks maturity on BB3. I don't know the # of days between 12/12 and flowers. One plant appears to be in the last 2 weeks of growth. This one has just started to put out trichomes. The color changed to a slight silvery grey. This photo is with LED grow lights so the colors are distorted but you see the structure of the flowers well enough. It's just so very different than what I know.

#3 and #5 are the two that most people liked, and you're mostly going to find #3 for sale. It's the one that tested highest for THC.
I thought I read that Dark Horse were the original breeders.

If you look it up there were 5 phenos of the original. #2 and #4 were not too popular, I don't remember hearing anything about #1, and #5 and #3 were available for sale. I don't actually remember seeing #5 on any seedbank's website though.
I am not bragging about this plant, I just planted the seed. I'm looking for some way to refer to this flower structure. It's sort of the opposite of larfy, sort of? I even looked on adjectives-are-us.com and got nothing.
Just took a look at the sponsor list, doesn't look like they're sponsors any more.
I have never seen a flower like this. I thought I had some weird mutation like the story of the hulk. I think this looks like a photo I saw of Strawberry Diesel, this is a throwback to mommy or daddy traits. Still a very special plant just not unique.

It was one of those strains that sometimes...
makes no pistils
makes no amber trichomes
makes only foxtails
I chopped her down tonight. It just kept getting bigger. Maybe next time I'll be better prepared for 12-14 weeks in flower. This monster never wore out. Now she will give it back. A very strange weed this one. Soon I'll find out what I have.
