The bottom branch of my durban poison is way behind the top should I cut the top and leave the bottom to mature? Its a lighter green. She's a 2nd gen clone and wild.

I’d wait, it doesn’t look like it’s been flowering very long. It could catch up, but even if it doesn’t, those lower larfy buds make great bubble hash.
Why cut the top off which already has buds starting and leave the bottom half of the plant?
Figure out why it is a lighter green and fix it. The bottom can then catch up.
Wild and 2nd generation might not be important but just in case, what are your thoughts?
