I ordered a bong on the 2nd of Dec. It has yet to arrive(3 days past promised delivery time). I have emailed them. The emails I receive from Bongoutlet are written in broken, misspelled english . The lack of good shipping options, i.e. fed ex or UPS, has also made this transaction a drag. For the price I should have walked down the street into Berkeley, what was I thinking? Oh yeah, my bum knee does not like the walk.:peace:
 
We are sorry to hear of your problem, however in their defense I would like to remind you it's the holiday season and all packages are delayed worldwide, especially anything coming from overseas. As for their communications, there is a language barrier between you and them and some words may get lost in translation. Good luck practicing patience and hope you have a nice holiday season. I should have seen this coming. :sorry:My package is in my city and out for delivery. :adore:I need to practice patience. :geek:

I have been spoiled by 3 day delivery.
