hello all, this is my first time with this problem and i am hope it is easy, i hope its just heat, please any help would be great...

the rest of the plant looks good just the main top looks like heat stress i would not worry just back the light off make sure the humility ok as well or the heat will suck the water out of the leaves and speed up heat stress

Need a little more info. What medium, what are you feeding, how often, temps, lights and distance, etc...
