BloomBox - G13 Haze Feminized Mother Plant

Hi everyone!! Some of you may have seen my past grows using the "Cool Cab" from Sunlight Sheds. I've decided to make the financial plunge into the BloomBox world from BC Northern Lights (BCNL). I really enjoy my new setup. Changing the reservoir is as easy as flipping a switch! Everything is automated such as the feeding, lighting and CO2 schedules! For me, it was worth the expense.

This grow journal is about the birth of my first mother plant using the BloomBox through pictures. The first picture is the BloomBox itself and the second picture is of the four seeds placed in rockwool for germination on 1/18/10. I picked the strongest seedling and placed it in the Hydro12 Tub on 1/25/10 which begins with the third pic. The seedling was in the Hydro12 Tub from 1/25/10 to 2/16/10. That is when I placed it in the Hydro Pot and Coco Coir provided by BCNL which you can see in the last pic.

:thanks: for stopping by and checking it out. I will start another grow journal once I take clones. I will do regular updates to this thread of the mother plant to include pictures and how she recovers after taking clones.:peace:

Well hey if you got the $$ why not pay a lil extra for piece of mind? Money is meant to be spent anyway ;)

You definitely look like you're off on the right foot :bravo:

Should be good

Hi Alientic - I've followed your other grows, and I have a similar box from BCNL. Best of luck on your grow - let me know if I can provide any insight on the box, etc. I love mine and it's worked out well for me.

Hey thanks for hanging in there with me for that long. I'll be sure to hit you up :peacetwo:

Cool set up, Im gonna have to watch this one. I guess I am more of a dirt bagger kinda guy, and I went for a bigger (8'x7'x7') DIY "room" since I could build it for about $250, but these automated systems sure get my interest. +rep for getting such a pretty and functional piece of equipment, and putting it to good use! :grinjoint:
:peacetwo: and Aloha,

good luck on the grow. im sure your familiar with the height restrictions with these boxes. I highly recomend LST or SCROG when you flower. Besides that enjoy the convenience of the bcnl bloombox, I use my box year round. Even good if you take out the tubs and do soil pots.

heres a scrog I did
n18.jpg

It was more of a pain to LST because there is little room to move your hands around when flower chamber is filled.

p/s i would recommend covering the rockwool so algae doesnt form on top. I like to go from the small cubes to hydroton in the net pots.

LST or SCROG! I have nothing but time so I'll have to master that technique. Thanks for the insight.
