Every three days I add ten gallons of water and fresh nutes

I think you should cut down on both.(I could be wrong but I can see twisted and a bit dis-coloration on leaves)Frequency with which you use them.There are feeding plans you can follow, according to the make of nutes you use.They need to breath as well.Leaves have to come off so light and air can penetrate from top to bottom.Distance from lamp? if I may ask? Everything at this stage is reversible

The light is air cooled and a foot off the plants

Will do there in dwc with a chiller water is usually around 15 degrees nutes are around 750
