Black cherry soda clones

Picked up a few of these clones and they had roots coming out of the rockwool cubes, so i mixed up some roots organic and fox farms ocean organic soil and transplanted them into the garden. They wilted pretty bad , was around dusk when they were planted and then watered. Went back to check on them and all but one perked back up. The next day they were quoted again. So the ones in pots I moved into sheltered light , the other three are in the ground. They are still nice and green, is this due to them still developing a root system? Plus it has been pretty warm here in norcal . No fertilizer used as of yet. Is this pretty normal?

Re: Black cherry soda clones.

most likely they came out of a controlled enviroment and are wilting from shock. You are doing the best you can to help them. In the future put them all in pots so you can "harden" them by moving them. You can also put something over the ones in the ground for part of the day ...

Re: Black cherry soda clones.

Thanks Buckshot , the pots are getting moved and they are keeping up has been over a 100 degrees for a few days the three in the ground did not wilt this afternoon and one in the pots was standing tall, the others are under/sheltered a little by my tomato plants. All seem good got their first round of ferts today and all of them perked up, hoping for some cooler days , seeings as I will be at work the next few days. We will see but the mother plants were huge plants and they were topped all the time .
