Why would you add molasses? If you want added flavour I would look in to things like amino acids and organic sulfurs from stuff like fish emulsion or "floralicious" instead. Adding molasses for no reason or gain is contra productive. You can't feed the plant sugars and in containers you wont have many microbes to feed. Its better to keep adding new microbes every week or every other week than adding molasses and possibly crash pH, destroy the structural integrity, drainage and aeration in the medium.
If you still consider using molasses or sugars, dilute it waaaay down. Mykos are not needed in containers with a mineral salt based fertilizer. Save your money and buy Humic acid/Kelp instead!
