Hey guys it's been a while but time to wrap this journal up! Think I was enjoying my smoke a bit too much
A quick overview Frome the top:
To begin this journal I had taken eight clones from five plants all the same strain and planted them in what I thought was soil. Unfortunately one didn't make due to my impatience so I continued with seven.
First time ever cloning a plant so wasn't great but they was alive. It didn't take long for the ladies to take off looking healthy and happy.
The soil had plenty of food for the plants so I was just watering phed water and rhizotonic root booster. In no time at all thet outgrew their pots so as the water uptake was alot faster I think it was time for a up pot.
After the up pot although looking healthy I noticed slowed growth and beginning of deficiencies so I checked my run off to find high ec and pH creeping out of range
After finding out I was growing in a coir based compost and not soil I built a drain system for each plant and installed drippers to make watering easier then flushed them all. With a Coco style drain to waste my pH and ec quickly returned in range. By this time my garden had grown very bushy!
Now everything was in check I flipped to flower with confidence.
I think It was during mid flower I decided to swap my drippers for halo style as it would give me more even watering around the pot but due to them being too slow I encountered salt build up a shift of pH again easily fixed with another flush.
After I had modified my new halo dripper to water faster everything ran perfect up to harvest. My flowers was looking great! As I was using three led lights one plant in the middle started foxtailing which isn't a issue.
Come harvest one plant faded early on her own but they all was flushed and showed off their autumn colours.
I will follow this post with my results shortly for journal completion.
Thanks
