Best time to grow outdoors in Italy?

alrite appreciate some advice.... got 2 grow outdoors and grew successfully kc33 last year but didnt start till july so was not the perfect harvest plants not that big, powerful smoke though, iv tried a couple seeds already but they germinate then dont grow but it did go down to 3celcius one night i was just wondering the perfect time to grow. its durban poison this year. hope some one can help cheers dead toddo

Plant in spring, harvest when its ready. Thats all I would say. After the temps start to be warm enough for the plant to live, so I would say 60 degree F on average. I could be wrong.
