what is actually the veg cycle and when i am in the veg cycle how long do i keep on the light is it like 24/7

veg cycle is either wiht the lights of 24 hours or 18/6. veg state is for it to grow strong get a nice root system so it can be ready to flower and support the buds.and for how long to keep it in veg is all up to you. it depends on your grow room size the way to look at it is how ever big your plant is in veg it will double its size once in flowerin . so if its 2 foot probally be like 4 foot once done flowerin.

yeah but 18/6 is fine it always lights and stuff to cool down and have a break

yeah 24/7 is alright for seedlings but vegetation should be 18/6 definitely the plants need darkness to grow as well, so after you have a strong seedling you can switch to 18/6 or better yet start that way.
