Hey all, i did a little growing in the past with M/h , HP , this LED lights are new to me, I've read for the last month about how led works for growing, so far I've been doing 5 hours outside and then transfered into the grow room inside with 2000W full spectrum untill 12am then they sleep till 5am , been doing this routine since seed 24 days ago, all Nuts and soil are FF ocean, the ph is a little low, I dont want to over water, so I'm waiting untill dry..any tips on the distance for the LEDS? the site says optimal of 12 inches! I've put them at in the pic..
I added soil hope fully to add some PH that's why the pots are full..Thanks all..

:welcome: to the forum...

If the LED is dimmable, 12" is fine if you turn it down. If not, about 24" to start, and bring the light down every few days about 2". Raise it again if you see signs of light burn, or stay at 12" once you reach it. The 12" figure is probably for late veg/flowering.

BTW: Your two LEDs probably draws less than 400W combined. The 400W HG400 LED Grow Light is probably more than sufficient at this stage of your grow.

Thank you! So I dropped the lights about 7 inches, the plants came to life, I've noticed you really need to play around with different heights for best results on these LEDS, not to close, but not too far. Day 23 for the bigger plants, day 17 for the smaller plant..
