Is it true that head shops in British Columbia openly sell weed? If I were to make a trip up there from Cali, where would be the best place to go near the boarder? And how easy is it to buy good weed on the cheap?
I'm pretty sure they don't sell weed as it's still illegal in Canada. Though they provide a " Cannabis Friendly Atmosphere" meaning that you can bring your own smoke and likely utilize a contraption for a small fee.
