It varies. I find that in most cases the answer is ‘hardly anything’. And often it’s ‘none’, since they often produce no pollen. Generally speaking nanners aren’t large pollen producers. But again- it varies, and if you get a lot of them in one place you’re most likely going to find some seeds.

I pick them out when I see them. Not sure how much good it does but I've often picked out several dozen and seen no signs of pollination later at harvest.
 
I figure usually by the time they’re visibly yellow they’re mature and capable of dropping pollen. So picking them out may not make a huge difference but I still prefer it. If you’re paying attention you can spot them when they’re just starting to hatch out and haven’t turned yellow yet, and attempt to dig them out, but it’s a bit of a PITA.
