Mine came together. Just had to plug the socket connector into it. Did they come with instructions? What type of ballast?

green is ground- and white commen ground- look at the wires closely it will say 120v,240v,ect if i.m right you're hot wire is like a light orange it should say 120v on it

ok there are these colors yellow with is common,blk/yellow says 120v,orange says 208 v,violet says 240 v,black says 277v ,violet/white says 480v which ones go where there is also two little things that come with the ballast like a starter and some other thing there i am totally lost where do i connect the cord to and where to i connect the socket to

Listen to McBudz here. You should have a starter, capacitor and ballast. The 120v blk/yellow wire and the yellow are the only two wires out of the bunch mentioned that you use. Your cords green wire should ground to the case I believe. But to make sure you wire things the right way call the maker. I could tell you how to wire this but I'd feel like shit if you killed yourself due to my advice.lol

black is your hot wire to the light .just google that shit you'll find what you need if not go to a electricity place thay will help you
I got 2 of those lights.Grate ballast for free
be VERY CAREFUL working with capacitors. If you accidentally discharge it into your self you are going to have a very bad day.
Yup thats what I mean. Caps need to be discharged across a resistor before they are safe for handling.
